Common Questions and Answers:

Q. Can I have my mask made in a design and with colors of my choice?

A. Certainly. If you have any ideas for your mask, we encourage you to let us know. The website has many designs for you to chose from but your own creativity and ideas are what gives the mask a personal touch! Please email us with your thoughts, questions, comments and you will be contacted before the mask is created. You can email us with our online form on the "Contact Us!" page.

Please also specify a time period. For example, the commedia masks shown here are done in the 17th century style. I have also made commedia masks in the 19th century style as well as created some very much for the 20th and 21st centuries!

Q. Are the masks weatherproof?

A. Yes, you can use them for outdoor performances, but please remember-- although these are extremely durable (they will not break or shatter and if cared for, will become family heirlooms!), they are still works of art! Please do not do anything to them you would not do to a pet, like leave
them out in the rain or on a radiator or on a dashboard in the summer with the windows rolled up. HOWEVER, you CAN clean the insides with warm soap-and-water wipes, alcohol wipes, baby wipes, anti-bacterial spritz, or whatever and rest assured it will not hurt your masks in the slightest.

You can also wipe dirt off the painted side with a warm damp, soap-and- water wipe ONLY (don't give it a bath or use other cleansers on the paint!).

Q. Do you have children's masks available.

A. Yes.

Q. What is your return policy?

A. If you are dissatisfied with your mask we will accept it back with a restocking fee. Since each mask is customized for you, with your specific selection of color and design it is difficult to resell these masks. However, we want you to be happy with our masks and our restocking fee is just $65.00. After you ship the mask, we can either make you a new mask, with the exact adjustments agreed upon, or refund to you the cost of the down payment minus the restocking fee.
